CINNAMON ( KAYU MANIS )

Cinnamon is a common name of a bushy evergreen tree of the laurel family and for the spice , it is made from its dried bark. There is a particular season for peeling of the bark. Native to Sri Lanka , the Malabar Coast of India and Myanmar it is cultivated in many other tropical countries , Cinnamon is light brown is colour and has a delicately fragrant aroma and sweet in flavour.
